Anna Ostanina became a recipient of the State scholarship 2020 for outstanding figures of culture and art of Russia and for talented young authors of literary, musical and artistic works!

The scholarship paid to the figures of culture and art of Russia as an additional measure to support culture and art in the Russian Federation aimed at preserving and developing the country's cultural potential.

The scholarship is awarded on a competitive basis, candidates are nominated by creative unions and associations of cultural and art workers of the Russia.
